AG Collections

End-to-end garment solutions

From fibre to finished garment.

AG Collections is a textile and apparel supply chain partner for global brands and retailers. We source fabrics across China, India, and Bangladesh, manufacture garments in Indonesia, Bangladesh, and India, and ship worldwide.

Our approach

Design-driven apparel, made to a controlled standard

An apparel export house founded in 2004 and headquartered in Los Angeles, we manage the full process from product development to final shipment — production in Indonesia, fabric sourcing from China, and commercial teams supporting international markets.

Group at a glance

Rewritten journey — seven chapters

Each one is a meaningful inflection point, not a quarterly update:

  1. 1993

Origin. Founder and CEO Raman Kumar Chawla builds three decades of expertise in textile sourcing and garment manufacturing traveling across Japan, Korea, Indonesia, India, and China.

  2. 2004

Established AG Collections, specializing in sourcing fashion fabrics and manufacturing garments across Asia. The first office opened in Jakarta — the group's manufacturing engine for pattern, sampling, production, and quality.

  3. 2008

Going global. Sales offices and partnerships established across the U.S., South Africa, Middle East, and Latin America. Vertical integration in Indonesia with a group-owned factory, and long-term CMT partnerships across Indonesia, Bangladesh, India, China, and Vietnam.

  4. 2016

China, fabrics, and Sustainability. Established our Shaoxing office, anchoring the group's fabric and accessories expertise in the heart of China's textile cluster. Supplying the latest fashion fabrics to fast-fashion retailers worldwide and into the group's own Indonesia operation, with certified sustainable fabrics and programs (BCI, GRS, OEKO-TEX, GOTS, Lenzing™, and REPREVE®) built in from the start.

  5. 2020

Sourcing without limits. The group's sourcing capability expanded far beyond fabric and garments — building dedicated programs for accessories, drinkware, bags, hotel supplies, activewear gear, and, during COVID, medical and PPE supply. The thesis became simple: if it can be made in Asia, the group can source it.

  6. 2024

Second generation. A UCLA business graduate joins the founder to expand the group's vision and mission, leading U.S. market growth, the Kenny Dana golf and resort activewear brand, and group strategy — working alongside our senior marketing executives and their teams.

  7. Tomorrow

Broadening the international customer base in Fabrics, Garments, and Accessories, with an approx. present turnover of US$50 million; deepening sustainable product programs across every category; scaling Kenny Dana as an international Luxury active-resort wear brand.

Fabrics

Built around fabric.

Fabric is the foundation of every garment we ship, and the foundation of our group.

From our office in Shaoxing — one of the world’s most concentrated textile clusters — we source knits, wovens, denims, and certified sustainable yarns and finishes. Our team supplies fabric directly to global buyers, and to our own garment factories in Indonesia, Bangladesh and India, ensuring end-to-end consistency from yarn to finished garment.
